Install this package straight over it. Do not uninstall the free edition first.

Installing over the top upgrades what is already there and adds everything new, keeping your Options and anything currently sitting in Trash — including the original paths those files were moved from, which is what makes Restore work.

For the same reason, please leave the Media Audit Tool™ package installed afterwards. It shares core files with this one, so removing it later would break your Media Audit Pro™ installation.
